John Hill graduated from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University (Virginia Tech) in June 1981 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry.  Mr. Hill has multiple scientific US Patents ranging from solid rocket fuels to cosmetic formulations.  He is a member of the Southern California Chapter of the Society of Cosmetic Chemists and was awarded the Young Scientist Award from that group in 2001.

 

Moisturizing Eyelash Growth Serum

This eyelash growth serum with botanical derived actives has been designed to stimulate growth of eyelashes. It contains a state-of-the-art peptide called Sympeptide 226 (Myristoyl Pentapeptide-17, from Symrise) which signals the eyelashes to grow longer and fuller. The serum is fortified with botanical actives that are jojoba and macadamia based. This not only ensures that the active ingredient will be driven into the skin where it will work effectively, but also provides long term moisturization of the skin when coupled with sodium hyaluronate. And moisturized skin is healthy skin which sustains the eyelash growth.

The clinically tested, state-of-the-art peptide technology Myristoyl Pentapeptide-17 signals the skin to grow eyelashes. No pharmaceutical grade materials are used in this product, and therefore no undesirable "side effects" can occur as with other eyelash growth products, drug or cosmetic. With continued use of this serum the eyelashes become longer and fuller. The approximate time period to see growth is after 2 to 3 weeks of continued use. A macadamia ingredient helps to not only drive the peptide into the skin, but also to be compatible with the skin with a desirable fatty acid profile similar to that of the skin’s own natural moisturizing sebum. This eyelash growth serum can be used any time the user feels like it. However, it is recommended to be used on a daily basis (at least twice a day), and most certainly each night (overnight) to see consistent results. Carefully use the eyeliner brush to apply a small amount of the product just above your upper and lower eyelashes, slightly touching them at the root area. It is not necessary to overload the product on the lashes, just a light coating is sufficient. Avoid contact with the eye itself, although there are no ingredients in the product that will cause eye irritation. Always gently clean the applicator brush with mild soap and water, and rinse clean and dry for the next use.
